If you’ve added a customization package to your order, you’ll get a quick follow-up email to share your brand details and preferences. Once we have what we need, we’ll tailor the designs to match your brand’s look and feel. You’ll still access everything inside Canva, but we’ll handle the layout, branding, and visuals — so all you need to do is post!
